Steve Jobs being my favorite entrepreneur, possesses qualities of humility, honesty, intellectual abilities, subject-matter expertise, empathizing capabilities, empowering subordinate team members, and showing futuristic vision. The major aspect of his contribution towards being an entrepreneur had been innovation. That is why there had not been prevention of innovating by the subordinate team members of his organization named Apple Inc. This had been empowering for his subordinate team members to make mistakes, learn, rectify mistakes and also innovate better after every lesson learned.
